How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply create your account and place an order to start earning rewards. You can create an account at checkout, too!
How can I earn points?
Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and more! Check out the "How to Score Points" section for details.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem points right at the checkout screen, or your subscription management screen. You can also sign into your Bartesian Club page.
Where can I see my points balance?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
