Mum's Day Promotion £75 OFF BARTESIAN - TERMS & CONDITIONS (UK)

 1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by Bartesian Inc. (“Bartesian”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Promotion Overview

Customers may receive £75 off:

  • a Bartesian Premium Cocktail Machine when purchased together with an eligible 8-pack cocktail capsule, or

  • a qualifying Bartesian Starter Kit bundle,

subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion is available from 23 February, 2026 until 15 March, 2026, or while promotional stocks last, whichever occurs first.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is open to:

  • residents of the United Kingdom

  • customers aged 18 years or over

  • purchases made via the official UK Bartesian online store at bartesian.com

The promotion is not available to employees of Bartesian or affiliated partners.

5. How to Receive the Discount

Option A — Machine + Capsules

To qualify, customers must add to the same order:

Option B — Starter Kit

Customers may alternatively purchase a qualifying Bartesian Starter Kit bundle identified as eligible within the promotion.

The £75 discount will be applied automatically in your cart.

6. Promotion Restrictions

  • Limited to one redemption per customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, or offers unless explicitly permitted.

  • Applies only to qualifying products listed within the promotion.

  • Excludes gift cards, replacement parts, accessories sold separately, and refurbished products.

  • Promotion has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

7. Availability

The promotion is subject to product availability and may end earlier if promotional stock is exhausted.

Bartesian reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

If a product forming part of a qualifying purchase is returned:

  • eligibility for the promotion may be cancelled; and

  • refunds will reflect the discounted price paid.

Where returning part of a qualifying bundle causes the order to no longer meet promotion requirements, Bartesian reserves the right to deduct the value of the promotional discount from any refund issued.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9. Misuse of Promotion

Bartesian reserves the right to cancel orders, withdraw discounts, or refuse participation where fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the promotion is reasonably suspected.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights under applicable UK law.

Bartesian shall not be responsible for technical or system errors that may affect participation where outside its reasonable control.

11. Changes to the Promotion

Bartesian reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.

Any changes will be published on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
