Q. What is Bartesian Rewards?
A. 

Bartesian Rewards is how we show appreciation to our customers. You’ll earn points for activities like referring friends and making purchases. Only purchases made on our website, https://bartesian.com/ are eligible to earn points. You can use points to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Bartesian Rewards is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned in a single year, beginning on the date of enrollment. Redeemed points count toward your total annual amount earned. There are 3 tiers with associated benefits:

• Mixologist – 3,000+ points / year
• Master Distiller – 6,000+ points / year

Q. How do I redeem Bartesian Rewards?
A. Rewards are provided as coupon codes to apply at checkout. Enter the code (starting with LL-) in the discount code box in checkout. If you're signed-in and not using Shop Pay, you can also apply points via a Redeem Points dropdown box in the Order Summary (on a phone) or using the "Redeem Points" slider (on a laptop). Currently Rewards cannot be used on subscription orders.
Q. Who can join?
A. 

The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per person. Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. Account holders must receive orders shipped to the United States or Canada and be at least 13 years of age or older. By creating an account you’re agreeing to Bartesian Rewards program terms and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Bartesian may suspend or remove accounts that are participating in fraudulent activity and/or not abiding by our Terms of Service. Bartesian Rewards is not available for Bartesian for Business.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
A. 

No. There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You can also keep earning points and use them toward a larger reward ($50) or you can redeem them in smaller increments ($10).

Q. Do points expire?
A. 

No. If you make at least one purchase a year (rolling 12-month period, not calendar year), your points will never expire.

Q. What do the different activity statuses mean?
A. Approved points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending points are for purchases and referrals. Points are pending while your order is being processed and shipped and should be approved within 5 days.
- Cancelled points will not be added to your account. This will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
Q. How can I see my points?
A. 

Your available points will be displayed on the Bartesian Rewards page of the website when you are logged in. You will also receive monthly updates by email with your balance and reward redemption options.

Q. Where is my Reward Voucher?
A. If you've transferred points to a reward but not yet applied that code to an order, your active reward vouchers are listed in the Outstanding Rewards section of the Bartesian Rewards page. Use this code at the discount code box on the payment page of checkout.
Q. Why did my account balance go down?
A. 

Your account balance will go down if you redeem a reward, or if you or someone you referred cancelled or returned a purchase. Purchases made with points do not earn points.

Q. I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
A. 

Points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. Points move from pending to approved after 5 days.

Q. Can I give my points to my friend?
A. 

No, points and rewards are non-transferrable. You can’t purchase more points or purchase rewards without earning the corresponding number of points.

Q. Can I use rewards with other discounts?
A. 

You can only apply one coupon code when checking out, so you can choose to use your reward credit or another discount code, if available. If there is a global sale running on the site (for example, a Black Friday offer) then you will be able to apply the offer and redeem a reward.

Q. How do I leave the program?
A. 

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us via hello@bartesian.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll remove your account and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Q. What happened to the A-List?
A. 

We made updates to the A-List program to make it easier to use and more rewarding. We moved all the A-List points into Bartesian Rewards in September 2022.

Q. How long will Bartesian Rewards be offered?
A. 

We hope to expand and grow Bartesian Rewards as our business grows. It’s important to us to share special deals, early access and rewards with our best customers. We may cancel, change, or suspend any part of the Bartesian Rewards program at any time. If we were to change the program, we would provide notice to members prior to making updates.
